Advising on Projects

Project Health Check

The Project Health is conducted in a non threatening manner that identifies the enabling and disabling factors channelling the direction of a project. This process takes between ten and fifteen days and provides a 360⁰ view of the project issues, solutions and a recommendation supported by a detailed action plan. During this process agreed quick wins are often implemented.

Project Rescue

White Water through our Project Management Consultants bring a  fresh pair of eyes and leverage significant experience to turning around projects.  Project Rescue is usually performed after a Project Health Check.
